Join us for a transformative retreat at a lux oceanfront villa in Rincon, Puerto Rico, at one of the best surf breaks in PR. Hosted at the stunning Villa Playa Maria, this experience is designed to support deep restoration, exploration, expansion, and adventure.

Over the course of this retreat, you’ll be guided through daily practices designed to awaken and inspire mind, body and spirit:

• Meditation and journaling to ground and clarify.
• Vinyasa Yoga & HIIT Pilates
• Breathwork and sound meditation sessions to shift stagnant energy, release what no longer serves you, and connect you to your intuition.
• Vision Setting & Deep Meditation Workshops designed to align you with your purpose

Pricing:
$2,600-$5400 (depending on room configuration; pricing is primarily $2700 per person, all inclusive. See google form or email with any questions)

$700 non-refundable deposit per person to reserve your room.  Payment plans available and customizable.  

Flights and airport transfers not included. Fly into BQN, MAZ or SJU. Note that SJU is a bigger airport with more options but is 2.5 hours away.

All practices are accessible and can be modified for pregnancy.  No experience necessary. You are welcome!
